Common-area cleanup and pet waste station servicing on a set schedule, with a monthly rate instead of resident complaints. If your community has a dog problem that DNA testing didn't fix, we should talk.
Good to know
Do I have to be home?+
No. As long as we can reach the yard, you never need to be there. Most customers are at work when we come.
What about my dog?+
We ask that dogs are inside during the visit. If yours is out and loose, we'll text and come back rather than risk the gate.
Where does the waste go?+
Double-bagged and into your own trash bin. It's the standard for the industry and it keeps everything sealed.
What happens in winter?+
We keep scooping through the season and clear what we can reach. After a heavy snow we come back once it melts down, at no extra charge.
How does the second cleanup free work?+
You pay $18 for the first visit, and the second week is free. Your card saves on that first invoice, then weekly service is billed monthly — $72 for one dog, $100 for two. Cancel any week and the rest is refunded.
What if my yard hasn't been cleaned in a while?+
If a lot has built up, that first visit is quoted separately — usually $60 to $100 depending on the yard. You get the number before we start, not after.
Are you insured?+
Yes — general liability, which matters most for the gate. We can send you the certificate before the first visit.
